VOLUME DISCOUNTS 5% on orders greater than $1,500 10% on orders greater then $3,500 TERMS Cash or check upon pick-up.  Deposit required to hold an order.   DELIVERY Sugar Ridge Tree Farm will deliver within the Dallas/Ft. Worth area at very reasonable rates.  Outside of this area, third party delivery can be arranged at reasonable rates payable to the third party driver.  Note:  Third party drivers DO NOT assist with the unloading, so please arrange to have adequate help at time of delivery.  Of course, the Sugar Ridge Tree Farm driver will always help with unloading but your assistance will still be required on large orders and large trees. WARRANTY We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness, salability, or longevity of the nursery stock we sell.  Buyer assumes all risk after plants leave our farm.  All claims must be made in writing within 24 hours after receipt for adjustment.  However, Sugar Ridge Tree Farm shall at no time be liable for more than the original purchase price of said plants
